Letter to Skaters from Chief Referee plus Helpful Hints for 2010 South Atlantics...
Please read the Chief Referee’s Letter to all Competitors. It contains several important pieces of information.
|
Helpful Hints for 2010 South Atlantics
- Please read the Chief Referee"s letter posted above.
- We are working hard to post an unofficial practice ice schedule as soon as possible. We are trying to accommodate many different schedule requests and this takes time. You will have an opportunity to request changes to your assignment if necessary once it is posted.
- Bring several copies of your music--ONLY CDs will be accepted, with only 1 track on each CD. Your CDs should be in a paper sleeve with your name, event entered, and time written on it. There should be no
more than 2 seconds of lead time for your music. NO CD-RWs will be accepted.
- Please ensure your coach is registered in accordance with US Figure Skating Rule 3030. If your coach is not properly registered, he/she will NOT be credentialed and will NOT be
allowed to stand at the boards and coach you for the competition, official practice or unofficial practice.
- Please plan on being at the rink well before the scheduled starting time of your event. Even with the best of planning, competitions may run faster or slower.
- Please be sure to allow plenty of time for your travels. DC traffic is unpredictable at the best of times.
- Above all.... HAVE FUN!!!
